VAT Refund

In order to start a VAT refund procedure

The result of three consecutive periods must be a refund tax. But VAT can be refunded at any time of the year, even after the missed procedure for the 3 months, so no matter how much VAT you have collected during the year, you can ask for it whenever you want 😊 We always monitor your results and are ready to take the next stage – a procedure for inspection or revision.

At this stage, the competent authority verifies the validity of the right to a VAT refund. This is done by requiring additional supporting information. The process includes the provision of invoices, protocols (in the case of transactions outside the country), contracts and other documents, which are accompanied by appropriate written explanations. The recovery is carried out by bank transfer after successful passage through the described process. In our face you can find an experienced and qualified partner to protect your interests.
